A chapter is a technical subunit of one or more IEEE Sections, it consists of members from one or more IEEE sections.

Society/technical Council Chapters consist of members from one or more IEEE Societies/Technical share ineterst and proximity.

Chapters include guest speakers, seminars as well as social events.

This is the spirit of the IEEE community and this is how we want it to work towards our human and socio-economic development, and for advancing our research work and maintain it at the required international academic standards.
